with following details:

we receive the email, we shall initiate payment to you. You shall receive an SMS
from Cellpay. Please send "OK" to "5667766".

3: You shall instantly receive an IVR call, and you shall be prompted to enter
credit card details.
Step 4: On successful completion of step 3,
you shall instantly receive a confirmation SMS about the transaction
